“Guiding Youth. Leading Change.”

 

Chapter One Resources is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to guiding youth toward leadership, literacy, and service. Through mentorship, educational programs, and community engagement, we connect young people with role models who inspire growth, responsibility, and positive action.

 

Our flagship program, Chapter One Youth, combines reading initiatives, leadership workshops, and hands-on service projects to help young people “write the first chapter” of their leadership journey.

 

We are also proud to continue Books with Badges (the original program that inspired our mission) where first responders and community leaders read with students, share life lessons, and build trust. This legacy program remains a cornerstone of our work, showing that literacy can be the bridge to leadership, understanding, and community connection.
